Random Hand are returning one last time to The Maze

Random Hand formed in 2002 and took the UK Ska and Punk scene by storm with their hard hitting mix of Hardcore Punk, Skacore, Reggae and even elements of Hiphop and Metal. For the best part of a decade the band lead the way in the UK scene along with the likes of Sonic Boom Six, King Blues, The Skints and Mouthwash in reviving the hayday of UK Ska/Punk music, touring non stop and playing around Europe and the USA with out taking a breath!

They have played many major festivals and venues including Reading and Leeds Festival, Boomtown Fair, Camden Underworld and Rock City, sharing stages with acts such as Skindred, The Beat, Voodoo Glow Skulls, King Prawn, Reel Big Fish and Rancid. They received regular airplay on BBC Radio 1 and Punk shows world wide whilst releasing 3 albums over this time and several singles, becoming the darlings of the underground Ska/Punk crossover scene.

Dragging their asses out of retirement for a couple of show this year, we are thrilled to welcome Caly Pigeon back to The Maze
“A tasty assortment of King Prawn’s growly dub, the quirkyness of Lightyear and the fast-paced honest vocals of Ye Wiles. Give it a good stir and add some early Capdown (when they used to be known as Soap) and you get ClayPigeon. Yum.” – Big Cheese Magazine
